With a vast experience of training-handholding & implementation of Lean Tools & Techiques across diverse SME units, AB Associates is extensively working under the ongoing MCLS Scheme as well.

  • Launched on 10th March 2023 by Hon'ble Minister for MSME Shri Narayan Rane Ji.
  • To provide a roadmap to global competitiveness for the MSMEs of India.
  • The scheme offers a 90% subsidy to the SME units for Lean Implementation.
  • The MSME Competitive (LEAN) Scheme focuses on enabling MSMEs to eliminate non-value-added activities, resulting in leaner, more competitive, agile, and market-responsive companies through cost reduction, cycle time reduction, and waste minimization by implementing Lean Tools and Techniques.

MSME Competitive Lean Scheme (MCLS) is a government initiative launched by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) to enhance the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the country. The scheme aims to improve the productivity and profitability of MSMEs by implementing lean manufacturing tools and techniques. The scheme also provides for capacity building and training of MSMEs in lean manufacturing techniques through a network of lean manufacturing groups and experts. The aim is to create a pool of trained professionals who can provide technical assistance to MSMEs in adopting lean manufacturing practices.
All manufacturing sector MSMEs registered with the UDYAM registration portal (of the MoMSME) will be eligible to participate in MSME Competitive Lean Scheme.
